We use BIM Coordination to facilitate RFIs, GC/ owner execution plans, and resolve conflicts with other trade partners on the job.

We are familiar with coordination platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Navisworks Manage, and Revizto.

Shop Drawings are the most important aspect of the BIM process. 2D Shop Drawings produced from a coordinated BIM model are essential to the construction process. Our Shop Drawings are geared towards simpler, efficient field installation that saves Contractors time and money.

Typical information you can expect to see on our drawings include: Elevations, Slope, Dimensions, Sizing, Valve Layout, Sections/ Elevation Details, 3D Isometric Details, Equipment Pad Layout, Deck/ Wall Penetrations, and Hanger Layouts.

Just as important as Shop Drawings, a Bill of Materials outlines all of the parts and pieces used in a project - you can’t go shopping without a list! Our BOMs allow contractors to accurately order material and maximize waste management during a project.

Our BOMs will typically include a Part Description associated with a manufacturer, Part Sizes, Quanitities, Footages, and Material/ Gauge.

Field Layout Points go in tandem with Deck Penetration and Wall Block out Drawings. We will work with Contractors to coordinate a layout file that works best for them if desired. No matter what brand or file format, we will get you what you need.
